openca_start fails about 1 in 10 with the error message:-

Compilation failed in require at ./openca_start line 48.
(I've enabled a bit more debug on this to try and trace)
stopping & restarting works most of the time, I'm just a bit concerned
that it's 'non-deterministic'!
Anyone seen this? I'm baffled.
