Hi all,
we have a problem with openca 0.9.1.3...
We have created several ca-operators and then client-certificates. now we
added another ca-operator (serial:60) and wanted to sign a request with his
certificate. signing works fine, but when i have a look on all approved requests
there is a mistake at his signed request:
Cannot determine certificate from signature!
When i sign with my ca-operator (serial:4) it works fine. I tested in
perl-scripts:
in ../ca/OpenCA/lib/cmds/listReqs
I tried to print with error message the serial of the signer:
...
if (my $sig = libGetSignatureObject ( Object => $req ){
my $helpsigner = $sig->getSigner();
my $helpserial = $helpsigner->{SERIAL};
...
When I print $helpserial on screen, for all requests which i have signed
with serial:4-certificate the serial is shown, for the other requests there is
no value of $helpserial..
Is that a bug of OpenCA, that there is a problem with converting decimal and
hex-serials??? It seems, that it works for all serials < 10 (in hex: 0A),
but with higher serials it crashes..
Can anybody help me??? I thank you for any help I can get...
Thank you!!!!
Carsten
