Does anyone know where to find the naming-utils.lib?

Add a symlink please (fixed in RC2):

cd /usr/local/openca.0.9.2/lib/servers/scep/functions/
ln -s ../../../functions/naming-utils.lib

Please do this with all missing libraries.
