Well, I have found the right page :
http://www.openca.org/openca/download-snapshot.shtml

The Web site structure is:

        downloads
                +--> snapshots
                +--> releases

RCs are listed in the end of the main download page, should I
add a specific link somewhere (perhaps in the right bar) ?

Why isn't the list on this page dynamically generated with this
directory content, excluding the "old" folder :
ftp://ftp.openca.org/pub/openca/snapshots/ ?

But indeed it is generated dynamically! I keep the RCs separated from the SNAPs so that it should be easier for the people finding the RCs.

Just one note on SF.net : the file release it is not so straightforward and
if we release every SNAP on SF it could be hard for people finding what
they are looking for so we keep only major releases on SF.net as we have
a good number of mirrors around the world as well (take a look at the mirrors
pages).

Should we add a direct link to the FTP server on the main OpenCA's PKI
page ?
