  I'm just interested, is there any switch to cause OpenCA be more
verbose to help me track my problems?

There are several switches. Nearly every module of OpenCA has a debug switch. I recommended this for another user too:

1. go to crypto-utils.lib (lib/functions)
2. go to function libIssueCertificate
3. go to the line where $ca_token will be defined
4. $ca_token->{DEBUG} = 1;

This will give you an overview about the executed crypto operations.

P.S. I'm on holiday from 2003-Dec-20 to 2004-Jan-04. So please don't worry if there are no answer for the next weeks :)
