Title: PhaseII error/Phase I errors are fixed.

Phase I errors are now fixed(illegal seek/db export/etc)  Yeah!!!!

Phase II error is below.

configure file is attached.

I'm not sure if this is related to the other phase II error but this is what
I get when I try to issue the initial admin cert(besides the blank screen)
