account for the CA

Hello Everybody,

When I try to Issue a Certificate I get this message:

Error 6703

General Error. You must specify at minimum a mail
account for the CA (SERVICE_MAIL_ACCOUNT)!.

Where should I setup this information?
the OpenCA Guides for 0.9.2+ from
Chris Covell
and
Michael Bell

Tald about a file called config.xml in OPENCADIR/etc/config.xml, but I can't
find it.

I'll appreciate your help. Sorry for the
inconveniences,
Johnny Gonzalez L.
