Can you please access https://pki.fcul.research.ec.org and verify the certificate? Maybe there is something wrong and I can't figure out what.

I have no problems with the page. My Mozilla accepts the certificate without any warnings after I added the CA. Perhaps you tested too long with the same Mozilla. If have issued CAs or certificates with the same subject in the certificate then there are management problems. There problems too if you use a name for a certificate twice.
