yeah, maybe the easiest way - just put the link in - so the standard cisco config manuals just work, without changing the cgi-line to scep instead of pkiclient.exe...

i just checked the acutal draft and there is:

Request = "GET " CGI-PATH CGI-PROG "?operation=" OPERATION "&message=" MESSAGE where: CGI-PATH defines the actual CGI path to invoke the CGI program which
parses the request.


CGI-PROG is set to be the string "pkiclient.exe". This is intended
to be the program that the CA will use to handle the SCEP transactions,
though the CA may ignore CGI-PROG and use only the CGI-PATH.


so - we don't have to, but it would be nice for the people which have to deal with cisco equipment ;o) - to have the link so it just works
