Hello, I have one question,

After requesting a certificate, the RA sign it, then
the CA issues it. After that The user receives an
email message with this subject: OpenCA Certificate
and PIN information. This email message has an
attachment with a file called smime.p7m, My question
is: What's the purpose of this file?? Is this the file
needed to sign email messages?? or is it used to
Encrypt the email message??

This attachment is an encrypted email. You can read it if you installed the private key and the certificate on your computer. The email include a special PIN (called CRIN) which can be used to start a revocation if you lost your certificate or private key.
