Hello Everybody,
I have this problem:
I'm trying to install openca-0.9.1.7 in only one
machine, I mean CA, RA and pub in the same machine.
Shoul I do any additional step to have up un running
OpenCA?
I'm trying to make the dataexchange using archives in
the hard drive.
I added this line to ca.conf in
/usr/local/OpenCA/etc/servers/ in all places where I
found /dev/fd0 I write:
"/usr/local/OpenCA/dataexchange/openca.tar"
as In this line:
EXPORT_IMPORT_DOWN_DEVICE
"/usr/local/OpenCA/dataexchange/openca.tar"
and in this option
EXPORT_IMPORT_LOCAL_DEVICE
I added this line:
"/usr/local/OpenCA/dataexchange/backup.tar"
And I did the same in all .conf files in that
directory. Using the same name. Is it good?? I tryed
using different names before but I got some error
messages.
I thing there should be a mistake because after
exporting configuration in the las step in phase 1,
appears that everything is ok, but after openning
ext_node and after importing the configuration appears
this:
Test the archive ...
/bin/tar -tvf
/usr/local/OpenCA/dataexchange/openca.tar
Importing archive ...
Load required variables ...
Changing to directory
/usr/local/OpenCA/var/tmp/tmp_17525 ...
Running the import command(s) ...
/bin/tar -xvf
/usr/local/OpenCA/dataexchange/openca.tar -C
/usr/local/OpenCA/var/tmp/tmp_17525
Importing the RBAC-configuration ... Ok.
LDAP-support is deactivated
Importing valid CA_CERTIFICATE ...
WARNING: Cannot update object but object is present in
database
FILE:
/usr/local/OpenCA/var/tmp/tmp_17525/CA_CERTIFICATE/VALID/e0b1f41d18ac589bcc41293818fc5975.pem
Make CA-Certificate available on the
server ...OK.
Re-Building CA Chain ... Ok.
Clean up ...Ok.
I don't know why appears that warnning message.
Do I have to do something special to configure all
interfaces in the same machine for they to work good,
and what should I do for the dataexchange using a tar
file in my hard drive instead of using /dev/fd0 ???
Thanks a lot,
Johnny
