I found the possible problem or better I found two things.
First there is an incorrect use of an HTML input field in src/common/lib/javascript/C/ieEnroll.js. It looks like we changed the behaviour of InstallCertIE somewhere in the past. The check for an empty certificate is wrong. cert must be replaced by form.cert.value.
Second the changed interface of InstallCertIE is not present in the translated versions of the javascript file ieEnroll.js.
I fixed all files ieEnroll.js. Can you please test the changed version of ieEnroll.js?
