Hi list!!!

I've been working for a while with openca0.9.1-1 in a LinuxRH7.2 and everything
has been OK.

For testing reasons I did must install CA, RA, LDAP and nodes in the same linux
box but in different directories.

I was making some test in the CA and CA_node interfaces, making certificates
for CA operator and web server. A new Certificate Request came from the ra_node
and the certificate signing request process finished ok. But when I'd try to
enroll new certificate to ra an error 512 did appears in the enroll results
interface. I've discovered that the entries for the certs created in the ca and
ca_node (ca_op and web server) causes conflicts in the archived_request and
valid_certificates database entries. So, I tried to solve this "hand made" but
unfortunately I corrupted the archived_request and valid_certificates db
entries (now they has .txt extensions). Now, when I try to enroll certificates
to a lower level of the hierarchy (ra_node) an error 690 appears with the next
message:
"Configuration Error. Cannot initialize OpenCa::DB class !
(/srv/ca/openCA/var/db)
Errorcode: 2111041
Errormessage: OpenCA::DB->new:Cannot initialize database (2121021)OpenCA::DB->
initDB: Cannnot open database with data type VALID_CERTIFICATE, filename and
accesmode (2141021) OpenCA::DB->dbOpen: Cannot initialize DBMS..."

The questions is ... how do I must recover that entries for the CA database. I
have an archive_request and valid_certificates entry in the RA database in the
correct format. Is possible make a copy of that entries from the RA database to
the CA database? Or do I must make new entries to the CA database from the
command line ??

So, I think that maybe the solution isn't so complicated but.. I need some
hints before making another stupid thing.....

Best regards

Zainos
