no, you are talking about the end-user interface there is the pwd that protects the private key and is used for the p12 there is a second pwd that protects the access - so not anybody can just download anothers person private keys

at least this was the idea behind it - i think ;o)

but actually its a good questions - where to get this second password for the client - usaly this should happend out of band - otherwise it doesn't make sense - doesn't it?
