check your configuration... it think there is an typo or soemthing somewhere...
becouse this remebers me to one thing we hat recently at the list, same problem and "maxsize=2" looks like the country attribute
There was the same problem appearing on the OpenSSL-List, look for Subject: error using openssl.
The answer by Dr. Stephen Henson is:
'"C" , the country code must be exactly two characters in length. This is enforced by various standards and OpenSSL is enforcing this requirement.
