Hi list,
I'm having a big problem with Openca 0.9.2 RC4 (actually that problem was the same in RC2 and RC3).
I set up my CA. I initialize the database and create my first self signed certificate. Everything works just perfectly, but then, when trying to issue the certificate for the initial administrator I receive the error message:
Error 6794
General Error. Cannot encrypt PIN-mail! Aborting!
OpenCA::OpenSSL returns errorcode 8012006 (OpenCA::OpenSSL::SMIME->encrypt unknown problem
encrypting (11).)..
I use Debian Woody. I downloaded Openssl 0.9.7d from the web, installed it under /usr/local/ssl and made
sure that one is used by OpenCA. My modules are as follows:
OpenSSL: 0.9.109 Tools: 0.4.3 DB: 0.9.99 Configuration: 1.5.3 TriStateCGI: 1.5.5 REQ: 0.9.55 X509: 0.9.53 CRL: 0.9.22 PKCS7 0.9.17
Can anyone please help me?
chris
