Hello Michael thanks a lot, I did a new version before receiving this reply from you, where I located perl in the place you talk about (between Apache and db, openssl, openldap), If I use OpenCA where you say, do I have to use perl too, or it isn't necesary?
Perl is the "programming language" which we use and yes, you need it because Perl is a script language and until Perl 6 we release the scripts and no binaries :)
