Thanks for the docs of RC4. I had the old doc (the only one available on-line on openca web site). Is "bpDoStep" the command to run state machine and how do you use it (URL, parameters,...) ?
You should not touch the URLs directly - everything can be done via the CA-Webfrontend.
1) create the text-files as mentioned in the docs - tar it to a floppy (tar -c /def/fd0 batch*)
2) insert the floppy into te ca 3) go to ca interface -> batch system -> klick all three import items 4) Run the statemaschine - you should see a lot of output about your process
Does batch system work on RC3 version ?
I dont know how complete the bp system is in the rc3 - Michael can you answer this ?
But it should ne no problem to update - just run make install with the new sources - it protects your config
