now like stated by oliver, you can assign a default time per role for a role, that means each certificate of such a role will have the same issuing time - the one that is given at the config file

for 0.9.2 there will be a functionality which enables a per certificate changeable issuing time at the ra-interface, so the ra-administrator can assign individual lifetimes per certificate, but its not fully implemented right now - i'm working on it ;o)
there will be no backport to 0.9.1 for this feature (at least not by me)
