General Error. Cannot encrypt PIN-mail! Aborting!
OpenCA::OpenSSL returns errorcode 8012006
(OpenCA::OpenSSL::SMIME->encrypt: unknown problem encrypting: $res)..

I found a previous post on this error, but am unsuccessful in getting
any further debug output. I set $ca_token->{DEBUG} = true; in
/usr/share/openca/functions/crypto-utils.lib around line 1403, but I'm
still getting the same amount of output as I was before:

- -----
Generating RSA private key, 2048 bit long modulus
............................................+++
...................................+++
e is 65537 (0x10001)
unable to write 'random state'
writing RSA key

- -----

That's it. Is OpenCA perhaps logging to a file other than standard
out/error?

I'm using OpenCA 0.9.2-RC2 installed via .deb packages (that I built
awhile ago and have now forgotten how to regenerate; otherwise, I was
going to attempt to get 0.9.2-RC5 working to see if that makes a
difference). My current version of OpenSSL == 0.9.7d-3 (from Debian
testing).

Thanks.
