[Openca-Users] Certifying an ICA to the RootCA

Hello,

I am confused on how to certify the ICA to the RootCA.
Once I have exported the ICA CSR, how do I approve it on the RootCA? With which interface?
My RootCA is offline so there is no RA, PUB interfaces.
