Chris Covell mentioned he has written some Perl wrapper to do this automatic issuance (using the Batch processor). It would be cool if this could get published. -- Chris...?
Im not Chris but maybe can help you a bit...
There are some scripts "openca-sv" etc in openca/bin/ directoy which present a wrapper around the OpenCA Stuff.
