Ah! According to Michael Bell the second part was resolved in export-import.lib
version 1.54, which isnt yet in the cvs.
The problem is that sourceforge has two CVSs - one for the developers and a mirror for the users. They try to setup a new solution since nearly one year because the mirror has a delay of up to 24 hours. So 1.54 is the correct CVS version but the mirror was simply not updated :(
I ve now updated to the export-import.lib version 1.54 but import/export stops after some (1?) successful transfer.
