Hi,
I'm trying to compile OpenCA 0.9.1-8 on redhat 7.3 with OpenSSL 0.9.7c. "configure" returns with no error but "make" gives me this output at the end :
In file included from /usr/local/include/lber.h:30, from /usr/local/include/ldap.h:30, from db.c:29: /usr/include/string.h:37: parse error before `(' /usr/include/string.h:37: parse error before `void' /usr/include/string.h:41: parse error before `(' /usr/include/string.h:41: parse error before `void' /usr/include/string.h:242: conflicting types for `bcopy' /usr/include/string.h:41: previous declaration of `bcopy' In file included from /usr/include/string.h:360, from /usr/local/include/lber.h:30, from /usr/local/include/ldap.h:30, from db.c:29: /usr/include/bits/string2.h: In function `__strsep_1c': /usr/include/bits/string2.h:1138: warning: pointer/integer type mismatch in conditional expression db.c: In function `db_set_status': db.c:451: void value not ignored as it ought to be make[3]: *** [db.o] Erreur 1 make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Erreur 1 make[1]: *** [ocspd] Erreur 2 make: *** [src] Erreur 2
Looks like an error from a wrong OpenLDAP version. Which OpenLDAP version do you use (v1 or v2)? Max, which OpenLDAP version is required by OpenCA? I think we should add this to the FAQ and the normal install documentation.
