it was just a first idea...
First, try to put "schemacheck off" into yput ldap.conf and try - if this wokrs, you have the problem with mandatory fields on LDAP...
As it is now eleven o'clock in the evening my brain stopped working ;) - perhaos I have anotehr idea tommorow...
