I was wondering if any of you have experienced the
following.

I've successfully installed OpenCA 9.2 RC5 and have
been working with it for a month or too. I wanted to
scratch the original CA cert along with all the others
to start fresh. Now i don't know the exact method to
rebuilding/reinitializing OpenCA using DB so I
attempted this::

Move ALL databases from /var/db to a backuplocation.
Move ALL crypto information including keys, certs to
another location.
ReInit DB (does successfully create all databases in
/var/db)

Everything appears fine during initialization a new CA
cert is created, other certs are created.

--Now my problem.. when i try and DOWNLOAD the CA cert
(any format) i get the following::

GENERAL ERROR 700
      Cannot load certificate <cert number>

Not only that..

When i try and access the CSR (-1) i get the
following::

Error Cannot load CSR -1 from the database.

(also found in /var/log/stderr.log)

OpenCA: General error trapped Cannot load CSR -1 from
the database.: 6295035 at
/usr/local/openca/modules/perl5/OpenCA/UI/HTML.pm line
178.
Compilation failed in require at
/usr/local/openca/openca/etc/openca_start line 62.

--Now the kicker(s)..

1)If i take out the KEY from the ?cmd=sendcert URL it works! I'm testing today if this is the newly created cert or an older one.

2) Other certificate downloads work fine! aswell as CSR
retrieval... Hrmph

I'm looking into LDAP in a few to see if the retrieval possibly references this DB

I can't find references to this type of problem in the
archives. I've attempted to troubleshoot but i'm from
a network background not programing =()

Any ideas will save me some head to keyboard thrash
time.

Ty in advance
