no, there is no need for this in openca, we just support it ;)

yes, its the default setting, you can change those settings inside the etc/servers directory of the openca installation
files: ca.conf and ra.conf
to keep changes 'update' safe you should also edit the .template files since if you run the configure_etc.sh script again it would overwrite changes in the .conf files with the templates so always change there too
