Hi Joszi,

When trying to setup openca 0.9 (checked out from cvs on 21.10.2004)
I encountered the error message above with the default 128 bit symmetric keylength in access_control/pub.xml.template.

I could access the public pages only by setting the keylength to 0. (Even 40 did not work). However mozilla says for the connection that is is encrypted with aes(256).

Put
        <Directory "/srv/openca/cgi-bin">
            SSLOptions +StdEnvVars  +ExportCertData
        </Directory>

In your apache config - otherwise perl will not get the SSL Options and you get this error
