Hi Isreal,
1) Have you edited all relevant config files
2) Restarted the Daemon
3) Are you Using a HSM ?
4) Any special chars in the passphrase - there are some known bugs when using Shell Characters - if so, try a simple password
5) If you dont have good reason for using 0.9.1 - install the 0.9.2 release, its a bit more friendly *g*
