Guys,
has anyone used the open smart card drivers (and openct) with openca 092 ? I thought I would look into it (as a simple way of putting the CA Key in hardware for a test PKI), but have hit a number of problems.
I suspect this is the way I am implementing, but going throug the CA initialisation caused all sorts of problems in ../Token/OpenSC.pm. I eventually got this going and created the keys, but then could not use the key to create a CSR (the code seemed to be looking for the public key in a file rather than the token).
I then decided to create the key and cert as soft certs then import onto the token. I did this then, then created the Admin User keys, then started the server with the token.xml set for OpenSC. I am now getting the error:
Error 6765
General Error Error while opening /usr/local/09_pki/openca/var/crypto/certs/01.pem
OpenCA::X509 returns errorcode 7411021 (OpenCA::X509->new: Cannot initialize certificate (7412011).
OpenCA::X509->init: No certificate present.).
Searching for the error code, I only get really old entries. Any ideas?
Chris...
