I'm trying to install openca-0.9.2.1, all tests passed successfully. It's starts but I can't see none of translations, except English. If I choose one of translations, in log there is message about choosing right translation, but I still see only English interface. I've tried all translations. Also I checked "simplecal" from libintl-perl-1.10 - all works fine.
So I ask you for help to fix it. What exactly I need to do?

I've all locales and it's fine, because I see date on start page on different languages, for example:
if I choose "German", in log I see
