Hello Martin,
I made the changes you suggested me (change the
timeout from 6 to 15 seconds, my system takes about 10
secs performing the operation, but I prefer giving it
a little more time ;-), and now it gives me another
error message, this is it:

I looked for the file in my system and I found it
./opt/nfast/toolkits/hwcrhk/libnfhwcrhk.so
It has this permissions: rxwrxwrxw, I also changed
owner to the apache user, but the error message is the
same.
What do you think?
