if you mean with automatic "without any interaction" - both no.....
The Batch works completly without the webinterface - you put in the "requests" by one simple textfile, call one function and issue all certificates at once....

Alternatively you should grep a copy of the last german "Linux Magazin" Sepcial on Security - there is an article about openca that might shades some light on OpenCA
