The easiest way to do this is to:

1. Delete and recreate the data base (so that it is empty).

2. Delete the "var" tree (i.e. rm -Rf /usr/local/YOUR_CA/openca/var/)

3. Run the "make install-ca" again from the please where you extracted the
data to.

4. Go through the inititalise steps again.
