Hmm,
I setup some 0.9.2.x recently and never ran in such problems..... (using gentoo and suzie)...
Are you able to track down the error: * is the openca-configure put somewhere else * are the other helper programs installed * Does the makescript fail on copying (missing write perms on the dir or so)
