Hello there,
Thanks for your help from forum.
May be I explained badly. What I want is replaced RA in OpenCA
with my application. I'd like to send from my application to OpenCA
requests.
The aplication would send certificate information to CA to issue
the certificate. I want Not only unload certificates, also issue and
revocate them..
Where can I find information about "http api/interface" for CA?
as i said on the mailing list, there is no published API for 0.9.2.2. If
you would like to create your own http RA front end, then you will have
to examine the forms and pages that you would like to "copy" i.e.
reverse engineer the RA front end.
I must admit, I have done this in the past in order to automate small
functions and I have follwed the following procedure:
1. Go to the RA page I would like to emulate.
2. Save the page as a local file.
3. Edit the local file until it is just the form with the data I want to
send.
4. Ensure that form still works by opening the file in a browser and
"sending the form data".
5. Make my own applicaion (in perl) that replicates the form (ensuring
that I log onto the RA and enable cookies first).
I can not recommend this approach and we will not be able to help you on
these lists if you go down that route (as the OpenCA screens do work !).
Michael Bell is working on a command line API for 0.9.3 so that it can
be used to create automated applications.
Chris...
