Hello all,

I have got 2 questions about the batch process.

1. Batch process works fine for me but there is just one thing that is
not very handy:
When I use the command 'List Users' in the Batch System/Workflow
Management menu, then I don't have directly the list of the users but
instead I have got a list of the first letters for each registered
user ; then I can click on the letter and another letter appears and so
on
ex for User01
U
Us
Use
etc...
and eventually, I will get the complete user name User01 and gain access
to the user's data.

I noticed that this is also the way the users are stored in
openca/var/bp/users/ : one directory for each letter of the user's name.

So I am just wondering why it is done like that because it is not very
practical.

2. Also, I am wondering what would be the result of deleting batch
users' info (deleting the content of openca/var/bp/users/ and the file
openca/var/bp/users.txt) once I got back the pkcs12 files and pin codes
and once the certificates have been successfully imported on the CA and
RA. Because maybe I don't want this list to become huge later on and get
trouble with old users data causing trouble.

Thanks,
Pierre
