Hello all,

My question refers to tokens under Windows using IE or Mozilla/Netscape:
I want my PKI users to be able to get a keypair and certificate on their
token with all crypto stuff being done on their token.
That is why I want to both generate a keypair on a token and to download
the associated certificate on this token using OpenCA Public interface.
Right now, I am able to do that under Linux (Debian Sarge) using OpenSC
and Mozilla Firefox browser for Egate 32K Cryptoflex token (Axalto).

2 problems:
- AFAIK, IE only manages CryptoAPI and not PKCS#11 API. That is why I
think I am not able to see my token content properly under windows when
I initialised it with OpenSC (File system + PIN code).
- There is no proper OpenSC PKCS#11 for Windows, That is why I have the
same problem with Mozilla

Unfortunately, for the moment, I don't have the tool from Axalto to
initialise the token with CryptoAPI (which is included in the Cyberflex
Access SDK I think).

A few questions come to my mind then:
- How should I initialise a token to be able to use it both under Linux
and Windows with OpenCA FrontEnd? Is that possible?
- Which tool could I use to initialise my token for Windows users apart
from Axalto tools?
- Which tokens would you recommend for what I am trying to do?

Regards,
Pierre
