SafeNet support sent me a patch that seems to work with all flavours
of OpenSSL 0.9.7. However this patch is said to work with OpenSSL
0.9.7e but they talk always about LunaSA and not LunaCA. So there can
be a problem on this. However I'll try to patch OpenSSL 0.9.7e.
