Hi,
I use openca 0.9.2.2
openldap 2.1.12
I have installed openldap and openca succesfully
I generate successfully certificate or user
For publishing certificates with openldap i use this configuration
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg05686.html
but when i use the ldap interface to update de LDAP Directory i obtain the following message:
Certificate 3 failed (error 34: LDAP-bind failed: invalid DN)
I check the basedn in slapd.conf is the same as the basedn of the certificate.
Thanks for helping

(sorry for the inability to quote - mail client does not really allow =
itself to be useful for quoting).
I have have a good look at the getStaticPage cmd set and the page =
generation for the Phase 1 of CA initialisation does not include a =
refference to Export Configuration....a quick hunt through the CSV for ="">getStaticPageshows that this was removed on Jun 11 2004.
This was a link t hat performed "nodeEnrollConfig"
NodeAdmin->Administration->DataExchange->"EnrollData to a lower level of =
the hierarchy"->Configuration points to nodeEnrollConfig
Hopefully if anyone else goes hunting for the "Export Configuration" link =
in phase 1 of the initialization they will find this post quickly :)
Cheers,
Stewart

Stewart,

the node interface and export configuration is in config.xml. The default
assumes that you have the CA and RA on the same box sharing the same
database.
