I tryed using the -r option but it doesn't work with
0.9.2, it only updates some files (with messeges like

cvs checkout: Updating openca-0.9/test/shell/5)
 but doesn't download the files. What could the
problem be?

these: cvs checkout: Updating openca-0.9/test/shell/4

if you have checkout the head than you must delete the cvs-checkout, you cannot install a branch over the head
