Hello everybody,

This time I will document a bit better and explain what extra test I have done.
I did find the issue when I did create the initial administrator.

Step by step to error :

General
Initialization
Create the initial administrator

  PIN = 7Le<8}mi2u
  retype PIN = 7Le<8}mi2u
  keysize = 1024
Edit the request
Subject alternative name

Subject
  emailaddress = [EMAIL PROTECTED]
  CN = PKI Administrator
  OU = PKI Services
  O = Elysium Open Systems
  C = NL
Role = CA Operator
Valid for ## days = 1826
Name = PKI Administrator
email = [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Department = PKI Services
Issue the certificate
( used password is of the CA's private key )

<skipping : Create the initial RA certificate >

Information
CA Certificates

<select the only certificate>
Certificate = PEM

General
Initialization

Advanced
Certificates
Manage Certificates
Your Certificates
Import
<select file>
Import
Please enter the password that was used to encrypt this certificate backup = 7Le<8}mi2u
The password entered was incorrect.

The password is incorrect in FireFox on MacOSX, XP sp2 and IE 6.? on XP sp2
Later I did extra checks on other passwords.
Every password with an < or > symbol in it seems to fail.

with kind regards,
Marcel
