Hi guys,after several hours of testing I noticed that libc is a little bit too intelligent for internationalized webpages. It always checks the environment and prefers $LANGUAGE even if setlocale is used.
If I erased $LANGUAGE then setlocale is working. I noticed this on a Debian box during CVS HEAD testing. Does someone has such problems with the production release 0.9.2? If yes then I can fix this before 0.9.2.3 release.
