Hi Dimitrij

I have several OpenCA installations on one machine, but want to have UTF-8
support on them. How I can upgrade whose installations by the newer version
of OpenCA (0.9.2.2 to 0.9.2.3)?

The easiest way would be:
* shutdown openca
* Backup your filesystem's /usr/local/openca/*
* Backup your databases
* Donwload tarball http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/openca/openca-0.9.2.3.tar.gz?download

* Install tarball over your old directory.

There are some new config option, you have to ways to solve the problem:
a) delete your etc/ directory BEFORE the new install and create new configuration from scratch b) deal around with "diff" and find out all options that are new - currently we do not have a list of changed configurations (we should really do this....)

The databases are not changed, so everything should run as before.

OpenSSL upgrade to 0.9.8 will have impact on OpenCA 0.9.2.2 ?

IIRC no.
