Hello everybody, Common Information ------------------------------------------------ OpenCA Version : 0.9.2 branch downloaded from cvs Perl Version : perl-5.8.3-18 OpenSSL Version : openssl-0.9.8 Operating System: Fedora Core 2 Used Browsers : Mozilla 1.7.6 Used Language(s): Default Special Changes : Using new UTF8 configuration. All interfaces in the same machine. ------------------------------------------------ Problem Description: I'm using the last release to test the UTF8 options in my certificates, within openssl0.9.8. I created a CSR, signed in RA, when I tried to issue the certificate in the CA, I got this error message:
General Error Error while issuing Certificate to Johnny Gonzalez Peña (filename: /usr/local/OpenCA/var/tmp/02.req). OpenCA::OpenSSL returns errocode 7731001 (OpenCA::OpenSSL->issueCert: Cannot create X500::DN-object.). Does this have something related with the message dalini wrote last month?? see: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg07427.html What should I do to be able to work with openssl 0.9.8?
