the options you are describing are on...but it is a 'all in one' setup.

So like it wrote - the Mails are normally triggerded when the import from the CA to the RA is done, as you dont import you must trigger the Mails manually (Node Interface -> Send CRIN Mails)

I'm also wondering that during the download from a pair Certificate/Key the user first have to enter the pin which was generated by himself and than the pin generated automatically by the system. So, cause I don't know it, I've to go back to the ra interface -->searching for the certificate and change it manually. Simply delete it does not work. For me it's simple, but how the user become his pin for accessing the site?

This was often discussed - the idea here is to avoid attacks on the key of the user - it is assumed that the RA Officer sets and hands out the PIN to the user.
