Hi List,
today I began to install OpenCA on two machines, after playing with the
OpenCA Live CD. I need to install the CA offline, both RA and CA on one
machine are not acceptable for my environment.
I installed on Debian Sarge 3.1 ... fresh one. Mysql and Apache from
Source. I followed the datmouth.txt and the official documentation, but
forgot to set the rigth ca-cgi-flag while configuring the sources. So
all the links went into the nirvana, but when I called the ca script by
hand, the CA worked very well. I was able to do the whole init stuff up
to exporting.
After that I decided to kill the virtual machine where I installed and
did all the work again. This time I set the ca-cgi-flag right, did the
same as before, my Browser redirects to the rigth subdirecory now, but I
get an Internal Server Error. Looking at that in detail showed up, that
calling the ca cgi (or node cgi) results in silence. They dont spit out
any line of html!
Any ideas where I was wrong?
Thx in advance.
