Hi all, now the ldap stuff is runing, the certificates are
loaded into the directory, but what’s to do now? One reason to use the ldap stuff is to provide an easy
way for people to receive certs they need for encrypting emails, so they need
the public key from the mail partner, which still isn’t known. I’ve
tried to add my ldap server to the list of addresbooks in outlook (forgive me
;-)), but when I call it, nothig is displayed; also when I’m trying to
access my ldap directory via the IE, I can’t see any entrys in the addressbook;
when I’m accessing it over a ldap browser, I can see the objects, but can’t
download the certificate. So here’s the question: what’s the best
way to provide the ldap directory entrys to the users and how it can be
implemented? Also how the certificates can be made downloadable via ldap? Thanks for help With best regards Mario |
