We want to store the private key for users on a SIEMENS cardOS smartcard (preferred with on-token key generation).
I pointed to pub Interface, "Antrag für einen Hardware Token", and a request of type HEADER was generated. Then ra Interface, select the request, "Erzeugen des privaten Schlüssels". The same form as just before in the pub interface appeared again (DN_TYPE_TOKEN_* in pub.conf and DN_TYPE_SPKAC_* in ra.conf are identical). Entering data again results in: "Fehler 10006 Allgemeiner Fehler Error while storing REQ in database! ENTRY_EXIST". I thought, the ra operator writes key and certificate onto the card with its browser (which has the relevant PKCS#11 security device modul installed), and puts the card to the user.
