  OpenCA itself doesn't support IPv6, What do you need, is support for
IPv6 in Net::LDAP perl module. As far as I can see, LDAP.pm uses
IO::Socket::INET. You may try to use IO::Socket::INET6 instead, to see
if it works, however I don't know, whether ldaps connection will work
over IPv6. Check whether IO::Socket::SSL supports IPv6.
